Musically my greatest strength is in my falsetto and chest voice however, when comes to my life outside music ,which is hard to imagine, I have a vast variety and a never empty vail of creativity.
What is your greatest weakness, and why?
When speaking of my voices a weakness that heavily out ways the others would be my middle voice and more specifically the break part between middle and chest. In life I’ve be known to overachieve ,perfecting everything that I craft with and often have a “go big or go home” mindset
What skills do you need to learn to turn your greatest weakness into your greatest strength?
I need to learn how to be content with my works of art even if they aren’t big and musically find the assistance of a vocal trainer.
What is the biggest challenge you have overcome, and what did you learn from that?
There was a point in my life I wanted to stop making music and writing songs because I thought that nothing good would ever come from my lyrics but after weeks of dangling off the edge of a metaphorical cliff on the verge of quitting I came to the realization through the help of friends and family that if I truly love something I can’t give up on it.
Why do you deserve this award?
I believe that I’m by far not the most qualified for this award out of the hundreds of other applicants who work just as hard as I, who are even more talented than I and more importantly worthy but overall I’ve learned that no matter hard one tries we all fall down but what makes us deserving and worthy citizens of are community is we have the motivation to never stop failing in order to succeed.
Who has been a role model for you, and why?
Over all the musical artist that have driven my passion for making music and the amazing people I have met along my nearly beginning life my mom has taught me by far the most. She has opened my eyes from the start making sure that I’m happy with who I’m because it doesn’t matter what others think as long as I think the me I am is beautiful.
What is the biggest mistake you made, and what have you learned from that mistake?
The worst mistake I’ve made was not taking bigger steps to reach my dreams and goals such as applying to take part in once in a life opportunities such as the one I’ve been given.
What activities are you involved in?
I take part in theater and choir
How are you giving back to others?
For the last four years I’ve guided and peer mentored my special needs classmates and gained extraordinary friends along the way both teaching and learning more than I could have ever dreamed.
Tell us about a personal achievement that makes you proud, and what you learned from that achievement?
I have been cast quite a few performances which was so aw striking because out of those many that applied I was chosen gave me a feeling that I don’t often get even when I work my hardest ,a since of specialness. Moments such as the one making a lead role in the Rocky RegnalTheatre performance as the golden goose in the play of the same title and ,smaller roles as in different theaters such as ,the hunter in Little Red Ridding Hood, and the farmer in Our Town. From these achievements I’ve learned that as long as you never stop trying you will always accomplish your goals and dreams.
How do you define being a humble person?
A humble person is one who can be at peace with themselves through body, soul, and mind forgiving them and others for mistakes they’ve made learning that we are all imperfect creatures of god.
How do you define servant leadership?
One who leads by example and works just as hard as the those he/she leads.
Is there anything else we should know about you?
